Versace Mansion

The Villa (Versace Mansion).

The Villa also known as Versace Mansion, built in 1930 by Alden Freeman, is a masterpiece. It has belonged to several powerful names. However, no name comes close to One of the most iconic designers that impacted the world, Gianni Versace, purchased the property in 1992. Ever since, the property captured world fame. Still today, it still holds its status as second to none when it comes to architectural detail and luxury, capturing the attention of many celebrities that have either stayed or visited this boutique palace. It has even been featured in the 9-episode Netflix series: The Assassination of Versace. When walking inside this beauty it takes your breath away. This property has been one that has truly been a pleasure to work on. It has left Cuor Di Leone with an everlasting mark. As you can see in our gallery this work can’t be described as it took more than just details.©

Breakwater Hotel

Breakwater Hotel.

Designed by Yugoslavian architect Anton Skiskewicz in 1939. The Breakwater is a boutique hotel that is a Historic and Art Deco Beauty located on the world-famous Ocean Drive strip in South Beach. Cuor Di Leone had the pleasure of working the entire interior of this property from its common areas to its 61 rooms and lobbies. Work included:

  • Wall paper removal

  • Drywall

  • Painting

  • Metal Coatings

Hotel Victor

The Hotel Victor.

Designed in 1937 by architect L. Murray Dixon, The Hotel Victor is located on Miami’s most iconic area of South Beach. Over the years, it has maintained its Art Deco appeal. Cuor Di Leone had the opportunity of working on all 91 rooms including penthouses and pool cabanas. Work included:

  • Metal Framing

  • Drywall

  • Painting

  • Carpentry

  • Flooring and Tile

  • Roof Coatings and Water-proofing
